How is polyurethane edge sealed rock wool sandwich panel produced?

The thickness of polyurethane edge sealed rock wool sandwich panels is usually 50mm to 100mm, with small, flat or single-sided mirror ripple surfaces, invisible nails, and can be installed horizontally or vertically.


The thickness of conventional color steel is 0.4mm.0.8mm, and the insulation core material includes A-grade fireproof glass and rock wool. The effective width is 1 meter, and the length can be customized according to requirements.



Material selection for polyurethane edge sealing rock wool board:

The core material rock wool is made of high-quality structural rock wool with a density of 120 kg/m3 or higher, and is extracted from high-quality basalt. It has excellent fire resistance, thermal insulation, non corrosiveness, moisture resistance, waterproofing, and sound absorption properties.

The inner and outer metal plates of the polyurethane edge sealing rock wool board are made of high-quality galvanized or galvanized steel plate, with a thickness of 0.4-0.8mm, which has beautiful anti-corrosion and anti-aging properties.


Process:

After rolling the steel plate with a forming machine, arrange the rock wool blocks in a staggered manner, with the fiber direction perpendicular to the upper and lower surfaces of the sandwich panel, and firmly fill all vertical and horizontal surfaces of the core panel. Rock wool, rock wool blocks, and upper and lower steel plates are connected into a whole through high-strength foaming agent.


The advanced production process ensures a strong adhesive force between the high-density asbestos insulation material and the inner wall of the metal plate, thereby giving the asbestos sandwich panel good rigidity.



Completed product:

Polyurethane edge sealed rock wool board is a composite board with galvanized colored steel plates on both sides, structural rock wool in the middle, and 50mm wide polyurethane insulation material on both ends.

1) Sealing performance: Polyurethane edge sealed asbestos board adopts assembly line production technology, utilizing the excellent water resistance of polyurethane products to overcome the disadvantages of asbestos, namely easy water absorption and moisture resistance, and effectively extending the product's service life according to physical properties.

2) Aesthetic performance: The interface is round and smooth, smooth and beautiful, with tight seams and reliable strength, effectively preventing the occurrence of cold and hot bridges.

3) Good rigidity: The polyurethane edge sealing rock wool core material is bonded to two layers of steel plates to form a whole that can work together. In addition, the upper surface of the roof panel is corrugated and compressed, and its overall stiffness is much better than that of rock wool sandwiched in the in-situ compression plate (glass wool) composite panel. After fixing the sandwich panel with clamps through connectors, the overall stiffness of the roof is greatly improved, and the overall working performance of the roof is enhanced. Choosing rock wool sandwich panels can use a larger distance between belts, thus saving 1/3 to 2/3 of the number of belts.
