Preparation work in advance for steel structure construction?

In the advance preparation work for steel structure construction:


(1) According to the requirements of the Unified Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering GB50300-2001 and its Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures GB50205-2001, a sub project is further divided into steel frame structure electric welding, standard component connection, steel parts and steel component production and processing, steel component assembly, steel frame structure pre assembly, steel structure engineering project, profiled plate metal sheet, steel frame structure spraying and other sub projects, as well as related steel frame structure raw materials (including stainless steel plates, welding materials, spraying raw materials, etc.). Due to the significant quality hazards to steel frame structures, it is independently included in the steel frame structure standard;


(2) Check the qualification certificate of the electric welder, as well as the scope of recognition and the deadline for achieving excellent results;


(3) The construction unit shall conduct welding process evaluation for the stainless steel plates, welding materials, welding processes, welding heat treatment, etc. selected for the first time, and shall also clarify the corresponding welding methods based on the evaluation report. At this time, the engineering supervision party shall inspect the welding process evaluation report in full, and in addition, it is necessary to inspect the welding quality level specifications according to the design regulations;


(4) Before installing prefabricated steel components, check the positioning axis (depth and span specifications) and design elevation of the building, as well as the specifications and models of the embedded parts, and ensure that they are tightened in accordance with the design requirements;


(5) When the embedded thick steel plate on the top of the concrete structure cow leg on the column of the engineering project is immediately used as the support plate surface of the steel prefabricated component, the allowable error of the embedded thick steel plate on the support plate surface should meet the requirements;


(6) Steel prefabricated components shall comply with the design specifications and the requirements of this standard. Pay attention to whether the transportation, stacking, and lifting processes may cause deformation of steel prefabricated components and peeling of coatings. If so, corrective and modification measures should be taken;


(7) The supporting plate surface of prefabricated steel components shall not be less than 70% of the top tight surface of the thick steel plate surface of the embedded parts, and the gap between the edges shall not exceed 0.8mm;


(8) Before spraying, the embroidery on the surface of the stainless steel plate should comply with the design regulations and national standards, and the surface of the stainless steel plate after spraying should not have welding penetration, welding slag, dust, oil stains, water, and burrs;


(9) The construction coating, spraying process, and spraying thickness should all comply with the design specifications, with an allowable error of -25mm. The allowable error for the thickness of each dry paint layer is -5mm;


(10) The surface of prefabricated components should not have accidental or forgotten coating, and the coating should not peel or rust back. The coating should be uniform and free of significant wrinkles, sagging, pinholes, and bubbles.
