Increasing the tensile strength of steel can improve the lateral thrust resistance of the structure.

Steel structure manufacturers not only undertake the design and production of various spare parts for steel frame structures, but also undertake the overall installation of steel frame structures. Generally, steel structure engineering conducts various convenient measurements and pre installation tests before construction, and there are no problems throughout the entire construction process. The key points of steel frame structure installation include the following aspects:
1. The prefabrication of steel prefabricated components shall be carried out on a steel platform in accordance with the installation sequence and processing technology regulations, and the welding and manufacturing quality shall be ensured.
2. The spacing between the joint of the flange plate of the channel steel and the joint of the beam end should exceed 200mm. The length of the flange plate splicing should not be less than twice the width of the plate; The total width of beam end splicing should not be less than 300mm, and the length should not be less than 600mm.
3. In order to facilitate welding and ensure welding quality, the reinforcing plates, connecting plates, cushion blocks, and cantilever beams on the vertical poles and load-bearing beams should be checked and welded on the road steel platform according to the construction drawing specifications as much as possible.
4. Prefabricated steel components on steel platforms should not only be manufactured and assembled according to construction drawings and standards, but also take into account the on-site installation process performance and changes in installation specifications.
5. After installation, carry out measurements and inspections at all levels.
