Preparation work before installation of color steel sandwich panel

1. Refer to the secondary design drawings for the installation of color steel sandwich panels, and then review the dimensions of the civil engineering.

 Only when the dimensions match the dimensions on the secondary design drawings, can installation be carried out according to the cutting dimensions on the secondary design drawings.

2. Technical briefing

The technical disclosure before the installation of color steel plates is an important and indispensable step. 

Ensure that every operator understands the content of the secondary design drawings, clarifies the sequence of construction and installation, 

assigns tasks to individuals, and is responsible for coordinating various types of work by team leaders. This ensures that work is not delayed, 

labor intensity is basically the same, cooperation is orderly, and busy work is not chaotic. 

It is particularly important to point out that a free person will be arranged to be responsible for site hygiene, sorting of spare materials, 

and assisting in filling any necessary gaps in each process. Because at the construction site, it is necessary to drill holes with an electric hammer to fix the aluminum groove, 

which can easily generate dust. If not cleaned in time, the entire ground and aluminum material will be covered in dust due to personnel movement during the construction process. 

When installing wall panels, soil handprints can be seen everywhere. It is not conducive to controlling the dust process and making it difficult to clean in the future. 

In addition, when cutting aluminum profiles, sharp edged debris can easily get stuck if not cleaned in a timely manner, posing a safety hazard. 

If the cut panels are not classified and stacked in a timely manner, it is easy to scratch the already installed color steel sandwich panels, forming waste products. 

Therefore, it is necessary to arrange for a free person.

3. Stacking of materials

Time proves that it is not realistic to find a pile of material warehouses near the construction site, usually in seasons with good weather conditions, 

and stored outdoors or in newly built factories. Most construction schedules, at this stage of construction, have not yet hardened outdoors and stacking materials is unlikely, 

so they are basically stacked on roads that do not affect traffic or in installation workshops. If stacked in the installation workshop, it should not affect the construction. 

Therefore, when unloading, the wall panels and top panels should be installed according to the assembly diagram of the secondary design, 

and stacked in the construction end of the workshop in order according to the installation sequence. 

Place the installed board on top to avoid scratching the surface of the color steel plate by constantly searching for materials. 

Aluminum profiles must be unloaded into the warehouse and can be retrieved when needed.

4. Installation of color steel plate

All preparations are ready, and responsibility is assigned to individuals. Based on the cutting dimensions of the secondary design drawings, 

ink lines can be drawn on the ground from the beginning of construction to eliminate dimensional errors in civil construction through color steel sandwich panel decoration.
