1. Surface material/bottom plate
(1) Color coated board
The substrate is hot-dip galvanized or aluminum zinc plated plate, and there are also electroplated galvanized substrates. The surface paint does not peel off after bending;
Color steel plates used for composite panels are generally coated and baked in two layers (two layers and one layer), and there may be quality issues such as severe loose edges, loose center in the middle, missed coating, large serrated edges, severe ellipses, and uneven surfaces that cannot be used for the production of composite panels.
(2) Galvanized sheet
When the bonding effect is not good, it is sometimes not easy to handle and needs to be addressed.
(3) Stainless steel plate
Good corrosion resistance and high toughness, difficult to process; The bonding effect is sometimes not good and needs to be treated.
(4) Aluminum foil paper
Reinforced aluminum foil is a composite material with glass fiber reinforced ribs sandwiched between aluminum foil and kraft paper. It has functional characteristics such as flame retardancy and fire resistance, and is beautiful, durable, and an ideal matching insulation layer for the new generation of insulation, heat insulation, and sound insulation.
(5) PVC
The main raw material of PVC foam board is polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which is characterized by a smooth and beautiful surface, light weight, flame resistance, moisture resistance, sound insulation, corrosion resistance, easy cutting, good weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and easy cleaning.
(6) Triple board
Due to the limited length of each sheet, the compact effect of the plywood is not very good, and the phenomenon of cracks is difficult to solve.
2. Main core materials
(1) The foam board is made of expandable polystyrene (EPS) particles as raw materials, shaped like fertilizer particles, heated and pre foamed to form large white pearl like particles, and then heated and pressed in the mold to form a foam board with micro closed cell structure.
(2) Polyurethane is a material with excellent energy-saving performance, high fire resistance, and thermal insulation performance. The polyurethane unit weight used for composite boards is generally between 30 kilograms and 40 kilograms. (2) Rock wool boards are mainly made of basalt as the main raw material, which is melted at high temperature and then made into inorganic fibers by high-speed centrifugal equipment. At the same time, a certain proportion of adhesive is evenly added and baked into large boards, which are cut into rock wool strips according to production needs. Rock wool is a non combustible material with good fire resistance performance.
(4) Glass fiber cotton is a lightweight, heat-resistant, elastic, and heat-resistant insulation material widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, factory, heavy industrial machinery and equipment, construction, vehicles, and aerospace. It is an ideal material for heat insulation, fire prevention, and sound absorption.
(5) Flame retardant paper honeycomb board is a national B1 level fireproof material, which has the advantages of good flame retardancy, good compressive strength, only carbonization without combustion, no toxic substances generated, and complete recycling of waste. It is an ideal substitute for core materials such as polystyrene, polyurethane, and rock wool.
(6) Polyurethane is a material with excellent fire and insulation properties, and the bulk density of polyurethane boards used for composite boards is generally between 30-40 kilograms.
