Product characteristics of closed-end floor slabs

1. Strong concrete grip and shear resistance: The specially designed closed rib and web plate buckle provide good grip between the steel load-bearing plate and the concrete, and the composite floor will not slip between the steel load-bearing plate and the concrete under its ultimate allowable design load conditions.

2. Superior cross-section of composite flooring: The center of mass of the closed-end floor slab is very close to the bottom of the slab, and its effective floor height is larger than other types of composite flooring, providing stronger positive torque resistance;

3. Excellent fire resistance: The special design of the closed rib shape of the closed-end floor slab allows the ribs of the steel load-bearing slab to be completely covered by concrete, similar to the steel bars in cast-in-place concrete slabs, and has been verified by a two-hour fire resistance test;

4. Simple and fast construction: The closed rib shape and end of the closed-end floor slab do not require any plugs, and there will be no leakage during the concrete pouring process of the floor slab, saving the tedious work of installing plugs and shortening the construction period of the steel bearing slab.

5. Flatness of the bottom of the slab: The bottom of the closed-end floor slab is flat, and with a small gap of 170mm (254mm), it can be treated as a cast-in-place slab bottom. After scraping putty, it can be sprayed or directly pasted with ceiling wallpaper or wallpaper. There is no need to hang a ceiling at the bottom of the floor slab. It is more economical, convenient, and aesthetically pleasing to handle than cast-in-place slabs.
