Installation essentials process

Purlins can be made of square tubes (60×40×3㎜) or shaped steel (100×50×20×3㎜) or anticorrosive wood squares (60×40㎜).

The spacing between purlins is 660mm and they are arranged from bottom to top.

When installing the main tiles, install them in the opposite direction according to the local wind direction. Lap a tile wave, doing both sides at the same time.

When installing the main ridge tile, cut off a section of the first ridge tile before installing it.

The installation overlap of the front and diagonal ridge tiles should be sawn evenly. After the installation of the front and diagonal ridge tiles, install the tee tiles.

The fixing parts are special accessories. When fixing, use an electric drill to drill holes first, and the hole diameter is 2mm larger than the hook screw.

It is recommended to use self-tapping screws with a diameter of 6.3mm
